I am currently passing through Saturn MD and it will end in 2025 March. My Saturn is exalted and placed in 5th house at Libra, I faced problem in career but somehow, I felt Saturn is always helpful to show me the path of Dharma. We first need to understand that Shani dev is only administering our own karma from this life and /or past lives. He doesn't do anything for the sake of it. It's all based on our own thoughts, words and actions.

Since my dhaiya has started, I’ve revived nothing but criticism despite being a high achiever- I’ve been told what do I do. This criticism is breaking me, breaking my confidence, I’ve got severe anxiety and depression . I’m doing many things to make things right with Shani dev, but things still remain. 😢
A recommendation: It would enhance the experience if the episodes were available in Hindi dubbing. My mother is fond of these topics but refrains from watching them because of the language barrier.
Hii Ranveer I have a request can you please call psychiatrist in your podcast where they talk about mental disorders like schizophrenia hallucinations. It will definitely help lot of people. Because most of the people are suffering from such type of disease where they linked it with supernatural things instead of looking for psychiatrist.

That's right. I am Kumbh rasi, im in sade shani and Shani Mahadasa. I got severe depression due to extreme work pressure in Saturn Moon conjuction happend between 19-4-2021 to 18-11-2022. I had to quit my job, got Bipolar disorder and lost my career & life 😞

- Is Saturn in general good, neutral or malefic in your Kundli.

There is no supernatural dimension to existence. Planetary bodies do not have human personalities. All these hopes essentially come from the animism and essentialism which thought living thing is living thing not because of what they are made of, but of something separate from matter and therefore it's possible for other things to be living as well, like planets, even though they're made of gas. It was a good guess, but it turns out to be wrong and is from a time when our species was in its infancy and knew very little. People like this should not be given a platform to promote outdated superstitions in 21st century. It is a form of extreme solipsism and self-centeredness to think planetary bodies have an effect on one species that has been around for barely 100k years and in all likelihood might not have arisen at all. Leave the planets alone. Really disappointing to see this continuing when India is aiming to be a developed nation.
Those who have debilitated Saturn/Jupiter and have asuric tendencies and are atheistic in nature. Those who do not know the deep science of Jyotish have no place to speak like this. I was a non believer until I personally saw things change according to planetary positions. Just because you type in good English does not mean you are intelligent. You will never experience this until you have Rahu/Ketu/Shani Mahadash in your chart. You have no idea about Jyotish. I have seen my life change personally with changing planetary positions. I know that personal experiences does not add to scientific proof. I have read about barnum effect and confirmation bias. But this is above that. There is also a space for personal proof in astrology.

A person desiring of pleasing Shani dev should feed crows daily and help elderly people. Til (Sesame) oil should be offered every Shanivaar to Him as Shani Dev had told Anjani Putr Hanuman that whosoever offers Til Oil to Him will get relief from Karmic troubles.
For warding off negative vibrations at home, we must offer lemon to Shani dev on Shanivaar which would be blessed and returned back by the priest.Lemons thus blessed can be used at home to ward off negative energy.
The prayers to Shani can be offered facing west as that is the direction associated with the graha
