Aur agar koi problem aati hai like owner ka plot sahi ni ho, ya owner uss plot ya homeb ko do do aadmi se bech diya ho, ya ese tarh ka koi other problem ho uss plot pe to agar registry hone ke baad ye sab problem aati hi. To responsible kon hoga. Kya mera invest kiya hua esme paisa dubb jayega ya bank ko unn saare paise ka loss uthana padega. Aur pura loss ka responsible bank hoga?
Index funds give 13-15% interest on long term ...but that too comes with a risk.... little but that do have a risk.... anything can happen with market...we can't take that for certain..... rather if i invest the emi amount in share market then i will be debt free all my life and also enjoy the return market gives me And also the home in which you live in is a liability because it takes your money.... that's not an investment, that's our need....and taking a loan for a liability is a bad loan
