Sir your calculation about the rent is wrong in Mumbai. I live in an apartment of 68 lakhs and i pay rent 15k.Owner has to pay the maintenance bill of 2750/- per month. Means the owner gets 12250/- per month and there is property tax is 6500/- every year. Then is it worth to buy or live on rent...…? By the way I agree increase in rent 10%every year but people change the apartment in 2 to 3 years.Then again comes down
sir you are living not in a high area so that your rent is too less. but actually i also own a house worth 30 lac in alwar rajasthan in a good are and i take the rent of 12k per month so that 1 crore house worth can actually take minimum 40k to 50 k per month
