Stunning build. Love with they did to it. Totally retro sports classic inspired. One of my favorites. Awesome person as well, went down and isn't even crying about it.

Nice machine - I know it would be terribly rude to ask (so I wont) but it would be very interesting to know how much a customisation job like this would cost - I'd love to give my Royal Enfield to a custom house to play with but I don't know if we're talking £1000, £10,000 or £50,000!!

this is something that needs addressing on cafe racer monsters, the pegs (also exhaust which is easy to scrape but seems that has been taken care of). they need relocating if u'r planing to hoon it. regardless, really beautiful bike, i love it!

Hey man, I love your build. I'm currently restoring the same bike, but I'm having some trouble finding OEM parts for it. Any chance you could point me in the right direction? Basically looking to fo a whole new wiring harness, as ducatis ate notorious for electrical faults. Any info is appreciated, thanks!!

Leave the bike like that. They are for riding not looking at, although of course we all like looking at them as well. It’s a nice bike, glad you were ok, and only pride hurt.

Why some Ducatis engines sound so tired and sluggish? Like it's working too hard just to rev up.

That’s a real shame you chucked all that money at it then chucked it down the track. I’ve got a 750 Monster as well and hope to do something on similar lines. BR Green with graphite wheels and frame I reckon. Hope you got it fixed up

Someone should have told him that Ducati make a cafe racer - it's called an SS and looks just like the bike you built - Doh ;-)

Masterful build, hats off. But what were you thinking taking a very expensive custom cafe bike racing, when you’ve had absolutely no experience on a track!?! Didn’t any experienced racer friends (or the builder) advise against doing this without, at the very least!, doing a few sessions at a track school on a rented R6? Then maybe a season or two of track days on a R6, and finally some racing on an R6, before considering yourself ready to race a bike this expensive? Forgetting the value of the bike and your own life, you could have seriously injured someone else (maybe you did), due to your inexperience Sorry, to be so harsh, but this is just so many kinds of stupid... Shame on the race organizers for not requiring a certification of at least minimal track experience. Beautiful bike though!
