Can you believe it was completely unfazed by it???? That should have been the end of the fight and a hospital stay for Fedor. But he just acted like he fell off his chair
@@crypto_ninja Fedor's instincts helped him, he moved his head forward as the impact was going to happen. It put most of the shockwave into his back/ribs. IIRC he had a rib or two break from that impact, but Prime Fedor being the absolute monster of all monsters, calmly swept Randleman and then finished him with a Kimura.
There are other organizations over in Japan that do the same silly humor. They don't have any "names" though. The only reason Pride did is because former UFC fighters went over and either lost and created new names or won,
USFighter WTF... "former UFC fighters" like Fedor, Big Nog, Shogun, Wanderlei Silva, Arona, Sakuraba, Overeem, Takanori Gomi, Rickson Gracie and a lot more fighters that had long "ufc careers"... what a great argument you dumb fuck... at that time PRIDE had most of the best fighters in the world.. also, at that time, UFC was almost failing and leaving the business, what changed that was the first TUF, and then the UFC started to grow and bought all those fighters. Do you know at least a little bit about MMA history at all? jesus fucking christ, shut the fuck up.
I'd buy PPV's just to hear Joe and Bas commentate on fights. They're both funny and both know a lot about fighting and the technicalities. Jon Anick and Mike can do fuel tv fight nights.
Nah I think you should still have joe and goodie as the a list team although I do agree with the firing jon anik part and I'm not trying to say this to insult anik but I think he would be better in the wwe as a commentator I think he would do really good
It would be nice to see a rematch between the two. Bas never really reached his full potential in the UFC because he was suffering from quite a few injuries during his UFC run that ultimately led him to early retirement. With his UFC debut against TK for instance he wasn't able to train in submissions before the fight because of injuries he sustained training, so he drew the fight out to TKO him once he'd tired him out. I'm not trying to take anything away from Randlemen, he's a very talented fighter, but if he fought Bas without any of those injuries, it would have been a different fight and Randlemen would have had a hard time coming out on top. Bas after all only won three of his fights by decision, the other 25 wins he had were all via knockout and submission. Randlemen in comparison won almost half of his fights via decision.
I completely agree but if anything I think we would have just seen an even more deteriorated Bas. He is one of the few that retired at the perfect time and has a fantastic record and legacy rather than holding onto old memories and wishful thinking *cough* Ken Shamrock *cough*.
Well Shamrock had been using throughout his career, though it is true that he chose to keep fighting well past his prime to the point that he turned into a joke (which was compounded by the fact that he was a sore loser). That being said, I think one of the biggest loses in MMA history was having Bas Rutten retiring early due to his injuries. If Bas entered the UFC without injuries and kept fighting for a few more years after that (maybe even fighting in Pride a bit afterwords) he'd probably go down as one of the best Heavyweight in the history of the sport. He may have also taken the number of consecutive heavyweight title defenses well past two.
That's very true. My thinking is that he was already in his 40's when he retired and had fought in close to fifty professional fights, sixteen of which were kickboxing. Compile that with the natural ageing process and irreversible loss of athleticism if we are to assume he was natural and its a recipe for disaster with any fighter even if they had never experienced a knock out in a fight or injuries.

Embarrassment? I'd like to see you shape up against him. Anybody who gets in a ring has got balls. Embarrassment is the keyboard warriors like you who call these guys "hopeless" or even cowards
Hey guy, I appreciate your feelings of good, if I have learned anything from your comment is that yes I may have over looked some factors, such as that only tough people enter into the ring, you don't know me, how ever you as well as I may then learn not to judge by the cover until you investigate the inner contents. With out sensationalism I am in no way your mentioned keyboard warrior, I have been a warrior in more ways than you may imagine, I am proud enough to say today that at the age of 60, that I can still do combat almost as well as I did as a young Marine in the early 70s, I can walk the streets of New York at anytime any place and my chances of coming out the other end clean are still sufficient, no bragging here sir, just wish that in reality I could show you that I am in no way a coward, oh, and more important to me these days, I am a proud grand father to a son that I raced along with my wife of 40 years and daughter on my income alone, thank you, that my friend is not a coward.
Bob Sapp has a legitimate win over Ernesto Hoost, that wasn't a fluke. Whatever your problem is with Bob, seek therapy because he is a pretty nice guy.
