They have never responded to me except for once about six months ago and, so far, them getting me my cards is a lie. When I realized in 2021 that I would probably never get my cards, I decided to quit buying any of their products. Just from me, they have lost thousands of dollars due to not fulfilling my redemptions.
OK, the 1/1 is a little fishy, haha. Apparently, all you have to do in order to get a hold of panini is be a famous youtuber and complain about panini customer service.

They email him what cards they are sending before he even gets them. Would be kind of hard to have a natural response unless he just doesn't read his emails. I get it though.

My experience in the last year was receiving an NT Dame on card auto in replacement of a mosaic insert auto. It did take some persistence and it is about getting the right person on the line too I think.
I tried calling and emailing Panini with no luck contacting them so I went by the Irving, Texas office about a year ago. I'm not sure if they only do it on Memorial day or all holidays but I exchanged all my redemptions for whatever I wanted.

I hear they no longer take expired redemptions, but other RUclipsrs have gotten cards/packs for theirs & they certainly aren't supposed to show favoritism as we all pay the same for boxes, buy everyone knows they do. I guess if they won't do anything I should have a big RUclipsr send mine in. 😅 Definitely a mixed bag for you but without knowing what all these replace you'd have to tell us if it was a fair deal. Panini has horrible customer service. I waited 2 years to get an autographed relic card and they ended up sending me a basically worthless autograph of someone else completely different. If you receive cards back from them, you're lucky. Most of the time you get the "covid excuse." I lost count how many e-mails and calls I made to get things done. Panini needs to quit the redemption stuff and have it either in the packs/boxes or not at all. In my case apparently, they didn't even have the cards signed/ready/etc. Based on all the complaints I've seen, they're bordering on being a fraudulent company. Personally, I would have nothing to do with Panini redemptions. They're a horrible company.

Just got back a damaged card replacement myself. Sent in a 2022 Prizm Wander Franco red wave /99 and got a 2023 Select Drew Jones neon orange pulsar /7 back. Considering what is going on with Wander I think that's ok.

Hey so today I finally pulled a base wemby prizm after like 20 blasters and 10 megas. The card is veryyy off center, just wanted to see what you & others think, is it worth sending it in? I saw some guy send a cracked ice wemby with a print line through it and got it back in 2 weeks without replacement. Have you or anyone sent off center cards? Did you get a replacement? I really want to send it in even though it's a base I've spent probably $1000 hunting for it. Please let me know!

Have about a .100 average dealing with Panini atm. It used to be a lot easier, would routinely get replacements for damaged cards etc.
