@@Amuroray77 Only time I can think of where I definitely got special treatment from CS was with a national trade in where I got a sick Ja auto. I don’t consider waiting multiple years (some since covid), countless unanswered tickets, unfavorable trades, requests ignored (that were initially agreed to when I sent them in a long time ago), and no responses as special treatment. All those other big customer service hauls were a result of going to the national, and that service was offered to everyone at the show. As I mentioned, I stopped sending stuff in as it’s not worth the hassle and wait imo. This is definitely a sizable haul that I’m happy to get back, and I’m grateful to at least get help on these, but given the info I mentioned in the vid, I wouldn’t consider it a big win.

I didn’t even request it. They just sent it when I was hoping to get the card back instead. At this point I have no clue how it works lol

They actually print 2 for manufacturing mistakes to use on costumer service they keep the set for 5 years to ses whats been sent in they give you the same cards duplicate that someone else sent in cause damaged then they destroy whatever is left of set

Ive been waiting on a redemption for an auto over a year now and it even has been selected for replacement, they don’t have anything to replace it with on hand? To get to quickly? Inexcusable and unacceptable
They definitely have stuff to replace it with. I’m assuming they’re too backed up and it’s in a long queue. Awful to keep customers waiting this long and not have any noticeable improvements

Panini pisses me of with their scam of charging sky high shipping prices for redemptions and points purchases. Hell, it was supposed to be in the box to begin with so they make money twice off of ya. Paid $28 for a box and got points, picked out 3 cards on their site and they wanted almost $22 for shipping! What a joke!

Yeah their customer service is good for one week out of the month. What about the other 51 weeks of the year? I sent many emails to them and I have not heard back once their customer service is abysmal.

Totally agree...I thought this even when seeing that first Njigba numbered card (honestly, even long before this video)...since I didn't think some high numbered parallel would be a redemption, it has to be a replacement...if it was somehow card for card, that means there are potentially TWO with the same serial number (though one is now back at Panini, or destroyed?), but if for another card, why wasn't it in collation already?? [*my two big questions for a long time are 1) I swear I'd seen people get replacements for cards where the printing plates were supposedly, I assume, in packs...? How does that work? And 2) some of these White or Black boxes from the National or similar...are they buybacks slapped with a one of one sticker or, again, some extras laying around still that theoretically should have been distributed already?? ]

Many in the hobby won't send in a high value card if it's damaged for this very reason. Unless the TLaw was TRASHED, you should have kept it. Hindsight is always 20/20, though.

I haven't had any good experiences yet with Panini CS. I didn't have great luck with Topps either took 2 1/2 years for my Bryce Harper redemption. I am still waiting on CMC from panini customer service. Which I have seen a bunch of the same card with auto (2 years old) so I don't know what to think. Emailed with no reply yet. I got the redemption in a month before it expired. So hopefully I get it soon.
Meanwhile, all us peons will continue waiting. :P Actually, with their new website design, they conveniently got rid of the link to check all your open tickets / redemptions lol. Maybe they're crossing their fingers and hoping we'll forget.
Most of my pending redemptions aren't anything great, but I do have a 22-23 H2 Select Top Shelf signature of Ja Morant that I hope actually comes through some day.

Glad he can be open and honest about how panini is screwing not just us but him too.....I had a missing hit from 23 black nfl, they sent me a 2013 leveon bell rpa /499. I was told "that the least value we are obligated to give you"....$10 card...I cant wait for them to go out of business
Unfortunately, I haven’t had to contact Panini Customer Service for a Redemption or any of the sort yet. I’d be super happy with the cards you got, but only You know how much did you get in return. Great stuff, in case I’m in the position to reach out to Customer Service, I know a possibility that can occur.
what is considered "damage" for them to send a replacement though?
I had a box that was missing half of the inserts/parallels from my packs were just missing, missing 10 of the best cards, only to get replaces with 10 base vet optic elite dominators cards. Definitely was not happy with the replacements. Still waiting on a couple redemptions from 2-3 months ago, so we'll see on those. Those sparkle packs replacements seem like a trash replacement as well. Thank you for the video's always appreciate all the content!

This is absolutely special treatment - Grizz, Giants, and cards returned in general - you did get royally shafted with those sparkle packs for replacements though...horrible

All card manufacturers are holding back big hits like this for replacements. It completely changes the odds printed and it’s 100% wrong.
Well that raises the question for ALL of those cards. If they are sending you these cards out of sets, does that mean that NONE of those were actually ever in packs and available to be pulled? Basically any of the numbered cards….. how can panini send you them if they were in the set already. I don’t knowwww

Man this video is so depressing to watch, you pay for hyped over priced wax to hopefully pull something nice you get a redemption and not a card (should not be considered a hit but a bonus to the hit imo) or you buy a redemption when its hot for the high, then 2-3 years later you finally give up and realize you will never see that card. Then panini is in charge of saying what the card value is 99.999999991% of the time its grossly under priced or replaced with multiple cards to equal 1 card value. It's just gross after a while.
Some really sick stuff, tons of crazy cards. Your videos are always so amazing, at least I can experience so many crazy pulls and cards through your videos. My dad hasn’t had a good experience because one of his favorite pulls ever, a Jamarr chase autograph rookie redemption from absolute, he redeemed about 2.5 years ago but they still haven’t even give much updates or been much help. Your videos are great though and love all the sick cards you were able to get, keep up the great work.
Very good point about the 1/1….. I know Topps will have unstamped cards to replace beat up ones, would it surprise anybody for them to have a blank, slap one of one on it and have more than 1 in circulation? Wouldn’t surprise me, nor would not putting it into packs
LT patch/auto and Herbie auto for your TLaw is a decent exchange for now. But if TLaw takes the next step and takes the Jags deep into the playoffs, it will quickly become a bad trade.

Am I the only one who thinks it is slimy of Panini to only send stuff back right before the national so those collectors can not redeem black boxes? Black boxes were made for customers who did not get the quality they were promised. Having to wait 1+ years for a redemption just to get a cheap sparkle pack in return rather than getting a quality hit from a black box.
I sent in a damaged CJ Stroud from Prizm 1/6/24 and still been waiting .. already assuming I’ll either never get anything or take 2 years
10-12 or so years ago if you had a redemption that was out for a long time and getting nowhere you couldn't get any kind of response through thier ticket system. You had to ask around on forums and get the name of the guy who worked there and could take care of you. I tried it once and he responded right away. Im a Giants fan and he got me a David Wilson RPA for my replacement, i was ao happy until he had the career ending injury like a month later 😮
