You found the devil's garden and you saw Peaches Stolen panties and you had to have them. Every death made you desire it more. Remember the speedrunner rule, 500 second speedrun is auto skip.
The 500 speedrun, you can get one of the pows near where you kick the big beetle and use it to take apart the goalpost springs. I'm actually amazed how you never noticed it.

Amybody remember the disgusting Time Attack where you had to do that 18:10 muncher jump and an absolute perfect walljump 8 times in 10 seconds? I think he should go back and beat that level real quick 😂

I don't think pows work to bust up the springs. I think it has to be a pswitch or a spring, could be wrong tho.
He had to jump up a wall you can't carry pows up walls (easily)
