Very stylized and extravagant, no fairface, no natural blemishes of stone or wood, natural materials.
Lacks the warmth and coziness too, but neat clean lines, stylized and sophisticated.

It's all nice but how energy efficient are these houses? Considering that it's HOT 8 months of the year and electricity is really expensive. Ever heard of geo thermal and ZERO emission ? Also Japanese climate is very different and they don't have large families like ours. Less said about the ZEN thing the better.

Why glass was not double glazed or tainted for privacy or heat transfer? Manholes were typically cheap. Only large space with only accommodating 4-5 members of the family. which is obviously a customer choice. Alot of space was being wasted. Washrooms were all tiny as compared to "openness" in contrast of the house theme. Modern aesthetics only but not the functionality of a house.

Sir, where did you get the exterior painting done?

From a customer experience and/or visual perspective, higher ceilings should have played a role here.
P.s. I'm not trying to judge via a video, just a feedback.

I don’t know how Pakistani architects learnt to call it “paeshiyo” to patio 😂

Feels like a bachelor pad not a home. Cold and impersonal , I guess that’s what the client wanted. I like it but at the same time I don’t 😂. Each to their own

"بن جائے گا" کے پاس ایک عام پاکستانی جس کے پاس 3 سے 5 مرلے کا قسطوں کا پلاٹ ہو کیلئے دکھانے کے لیے کچھ ہے ؟؟؟
پاکستان کے گرم ترین موسم میں گھروں کو قدرتی میٹریل سے ٹھنڈا رکھنے کی کوئی ترکیب ؟؟؟

    What a waste ……. Not worth living in this place…. It’s not a house…..
