I decided to buy this plugin for the first time today to go with my Soldano plugin and I had no idea there was an update. Amazing, lucky coincidence. This plugin is incredible. Should have bought it a long time ago.
The Neural DSP stuff sounds good, I just don't like that you would have to buy multiple different plugins just to have many plugin amps and effects from them. I wish they would create something like Bias FX 2 where you could have many different amps and effects right in one plugin because buying more than 2 Neural DPS plugins is pretty expensive for north Americans, even when they have a sale. I am glad there are so many good options for instrument plugins and multi-effects/amp sim pedals now though, even Fender has a new amp/effects simulation pedal that has some of the most real sounding stuff on it, but it's one of the more expensive ones.
Well, the thing is NDSP plugins sound way more authentic than Bias FX 2. Thats why they release them in Suites or Archetypes, one at a time. That said, I get your point. The integration however will happen on Quad Cortex, which will become the sort of plugin platform based on which NDSP plugins you own.
Understood but I paid full amount for bias when it came out. A year or two later they stopped supporting it and forced you to buy the update. You can’t even download the older stuff you paid for :(
Huge fan brother...would love to see how you made the Amp head racks from sheet metal...as a worker in the HVaC industry I use sheet metal on the daily so commercial sheers and Pittsburgh machines are easily accessible...would you be willing to let me have a look see at some build sheets?
The update is incredible. Sound more natural, less cold than the older version. The eq is so awesome, it was the element that in my opinion was missing cruelly on the older one.
Good timing for those like me who haven't gotten the nameless yet, just got a email for a 50% off plug-ins sale from Nueral DSP this morning! I have the MKll and Plini, but I've been thinking about this one for sure!
AHHHHHhhhhhh it just feels like uncanny valley with sims / modulation 😅 I think I just miss amp hiss, controlled feedback, pick / finger noise ETC...🍻🤘
How do you use your presets once i've downloaded them? When I try to pull it up, my computer is looking for a wav file. What I've downloaded is a XML file.

Luckily, I already own the Fortin Nameless plugin! You made it sound killer as usual. I'm all in with Neural since I sold all my amps and bought a Quad Cortex!
As soon as you said graphic EQ I knew mids were getting scooped lol. Then you back it up with the best riff from Eye of the Beholder, so good. Really digging playing that song at the moment.
They're great picks but wear out so fast. I was paying $17 for 6 so I looked for something else similar. The dunlop ultex sharps aren't bad but aren't as stiff. I then went back to my original tortex .88 and reshaped them to be the same as the black fangs. They feel awesome and sound great. Dunlop do tortex T3 which is the same shape and $17 for 25
Using a focusrite clarret 2pre and a dimarzio braided tweed cable. Had it for years without any faults. The focusrite is ok, sometimes a little glitchy
@@LambChopper678 sounds great, i experimented a lot with cables and they have a big impact on the low end of the pickups, i like the canare gs 6 a lot lately

I didn’t have plans or anything. I pretty much designed it around my Marshall heads.
How are you connecting your guitar to your computer?
He's using an audio interface. All kinds of choices, from cheap to stupidly $$.

Hey Lamb, you should check out the ML sound lab ML5 plugin, its a plugin that models the Mesa mark 5, and honestly I think it sounds pretty good.

You need to put them in the folder with your other presets and just access them once the app is open

I dragged and dropped them straight into the UI of the Fortin plugin and it worked.
