- The Seven Hills Run (Zevenheuvelenloop) in Nijmegen is said to be the best run in the Netherlands, so this year I went to find out for myself why this is. The organisation of the run won an award this year for the Best Race of Europe for their efforts in sustainability and during the race we got to see some of those efforts.

Again very nice vid Arno! and loved your face at 7.28 min, lol. At the end near the finish was me that saw you running when I called you. I could not run myself because I developed a tendonitis on the outside of my right foot 3 weeks prior to the race, so bummer, but very nice to see you running live!
hahaha, yeah, it was a bit weird biting in to the ooho. It kind of explodes when you bite in to it and I was trying to make sure I wouldn't spit all over the camera. :-)
Sorry to hear about your injury, hope that heals up quickly. Make sure you see a physio, he can give you the right exercises to do to help you heal up.
It was great to see you on the sideline, I was very surprised when I heard you call out, but it was very cool. It is still a bit strange when I get recognised by people, but I love to meet people who enjoy watching the videos. Although we didn't really meet, cause I was running, but still I loved the encouragement.
Leuke video! Heb zelf ook gelopen, leuk om zo nog een keer te kijken. Overigens 3 dagen spierpijn gehad van heuvels. Op naar de bruggenloop.
Dank je wel. De bruggenloop moet ook erg leuk zijn, wordt voor mij ook de eerste keer. Heb je die al eens gedaan? Misschien zie ik je daar wel, ik loop weer met m'n GoPro rond in ieder geval. :-)
@@RunArnoRun ja, al meerdere malen. Ook hele leuke loop. En de bruggen zijn pittig maar goed te doen.
@@wietskevervoort3722 na al die heuvels kunnen we die bruggen in Rotterdam best hebben denk. :-)

Hahaha, no I didn't see any. Maybe because of the hills they didn't build any windmills. :-)
