Worth nothing: of course tons of hand sanitizer was used before touching anything, all the candies were individually wrapped etc. So precautions were upheld in these troubling times. But I'm still amazed that three people in total took anything from the basket!
hahahahha this was gold too funny!!! loving your outfit!! really interesting too... easter bunny as a deformed lamb 😂 you've made me want some chocolate now hahaha!!
You continue to be hilarious! It’s interesting that in Sicily their tradition is a Christmas witch named Befana who delivers gifts to the children because myth has it that she also gave presents to the Christ child when he was born. Sicily is the same Italian Island where Santa Lucia is from that is celebrated in Sweden and Norway on December 13th.☺️
Thank you! :D All these saints are a bit confusing to me, but it's so cool that there are such interesting stories behind each one! Some day I need to read up and learn more about local saints in various parts of the world ^_^
Happy Easter! :D I got some pretty peculiar looks.. And I had to pose for a photo, and was harassed by a religious nut. So, pretty eventful recording...
@@ThreeStarVagabond Me personally? No, I don't really celebrate Easter. But in the Netherlands there is an Easter tradition of sorts. Jesus people go to church a couple of times to celebrate his crucifixion and resurrection, a bit like Dracula I guess, but without all the blood drinking. At least I hope without the blood drinking. But the rest celebrate the Easter Bunny hiding Easter eggs, kids paint eggs and families enjoy Easter brunch or breakfast.
@@AmsterdamComicGeek That must be the best description of the religious aspects of Easter that I've ever heard. But alright - it sounds pretty much the same as many other places then :)
My gosh you Swedes have many different traditions for Easter, I had no idea. Also, if I saw you at the train station...without knowing any traditions and as a foreigner...I would think you were on drugs my friend ha ha ha. Your vids always make me want to visit Sweden more and more. If I go I am hiring you as my guide!
I think I got equal amounts of frightened looks and smiles when I walked around like that! Mission accomplished in other words. But yeah, I had a lot of fun reading up on Easter traditions in various countries actually. I love the research part. And if you do get over here one of these days I'll definitely plan something special! No idea what - but I'll think of something...
@@ThreeStarVagabond that sounds like a plan. I am so close I need to come for a visit. It would be a power vlog between the two of us! Or, if you want to visit Scotland let me know. (Pending everything winds down with the pandemic. Fingers crossed.)

Every day is sausage day if you really want it! But yeah, I guess we celebrate Easter a bit more - but nothing like the Catholic countries. Fewer eggs and more sin and punishment there though.
@@ThreeStarVagabond “Everyday is Sausage Day, if you really want it” could make for a great lyric in a really cool song. I can already see the music video.
