Just ordered review and renew. So excited to watch it! I’ve lost 100 lbs (relatively slowly over 2 years) eating this way but I have to admit I’ve been eating a VERY low calorie density diet and often under my hunger drive. I’m trying to achieve a good, healthy maintenance mental space and eat to satiety now and have been eating a whole lot more (all compliant) since the beginning of March. Hoping this is a sustainable way for me to do this for life!

Pick where the fruit is. Dig where the roots are. Sow where the seeds are.

I enjoy reading the comments...I have learned a lot of great things from the feed back some people give. There's good in bad and most things..sad but true

I love to spent most of time on my own. Too much time spent with people drains me. I would rather be a home spending time with my dogs.

Colleen Patrick-Goudreau has a lot of info about sayings involving animals, where they come from, some alternatives to the harmful ones, and such - she calls them animalogies :) her recent TEDx talk is a good place to start, and she's also got several podcast episodes on the topic ^^
I'm going to look into that comment blocker thing :) though, I like leaving comments here just so that maybe that helps with visibility so more people get to see all this wonderful information... it sounds nice though, so that I don't accidentally see something I don't want to ^^ thank you Dr Howk, for the suggestion, and for all you do
