Not a comment about the top 5, but I’ve been excited for St Ann for a while because The Richmond master plan actually includes a really big and modern shopping mall out by the front which would really pull in more residential development along that strip of road. I think it might be the last phase of their plan that they build out but I think they should probably move that up.
