finally found a video of someone with actual acne! its a bit frustrating seeing so many "acne makeup" tutorials by people with a couple spots here and there. THANK YOU!!!!
You have no idea how much this tutorial helped. Not only on how to apply makeup but it also helped me feel better about my skin. I have been breaking down for hours, looking for makeup tutorials for acne but i always end up seeing girls with minimal spots and it makes me feel bad about mine. I came across this tutorial and seeing someone with the same skin as mine makes me feel seen. sorry for my bad English I hope I was able to express more. ++ you just earned a sub
There was a time a few weeks ago when my acne was worse than it was now. I was feeling so self conscious and down about myself at work. Next thing i know a cute little 12 year old girl asks me for help lookimg for a book, and out of nowhere after starinf at my face for a few seconds she tells me "you look so pretty today." When i tell you i almost cried on the spot i really almost did. We are all beautiful even with acne!
Thank you for not using a filter and showing how real skin looks under makeup. I also have a lot of acne because of hormonal imbalance and I have combination acne prone skin. It's refreshing to see a person with the same issue as me. We acne girlies are not alone. Keep shining, girl! You are beautiful just the way you are ✨
Before, I didn't like putting on makeup or buying those things because I bought skincare products, thinking they would heal my acne. But it didn't work, even though I spent a lot of money on it. So, I decided to try makeup and apply it to my face. Now I truly understand why some people need to wear makeup. Makeup boosts my confidence, and thanks to it, no one bullies me for being "ugly" or having acne.
i relate to the buying skincare thinking it would heal my acne, at this point I don't think anything will help so I think ill just start putting on makeup as well
Pro tips, always start with your diet, workout and sleeping routine first. Then talk to your dermatologist to find out the cause of the acne. Skincare should come after all those steps.
Save up the money you'd spend on products and see a dermatologist - I struggled for years with acne and finally saw a deem who got me on the right meds and cheaper skincare that helped a lot. I've still got acne I have to cover up but it's a lot less. I know dermatologists can be expensive but it's so much more worthwhile than buying products that do nothing imo
me too i have decided my acnes are never going to be healed. now i try to only stick to the basic toner, moisturizer & sunscreen. it sucks that we acne folks have to struggle with all the mundane things people take for granted. i sometimes feel so hopeless and alone but it's good to see people like me for a change.
i also had acne but i got better! js a suggestion: dont put too much on ur skin bc it could irritate your acne more! i still hv it but now it’s healing!
i wish i saw this video 2 years ago when i had very similar, hormonal acne on my cheeks and chin area. tutorials like those are often made by girls with a few spots on their face and i feel like this one is genuinely helpful for people with more severe acne. i also appreciate you being so positive about your skin and how texture and acne is normal, i really wish more people could also think this way 💜
This such a safe space for me , I always feel super insecure when it comes to doing my make up because of my acne and acne scars. Your video is really helpful ✨️🫂🫰
The fact that she’s still so beautiful without makeup shows that acne doesn’t make us ugly. You can truly see past acne and see real beauty in people. I’m struggling with my skin right now too and I love when people are honest about their skin and don’t use filters to pretend.
GIRL you are so gorgeous!! It was so refreshing to see someone being so candid about having acne and actually normalising it!! I loved the tutorial so much because of how well you explained everything. And the video itself made me feel so much better about my own acne :)) I was feeling so conscious about mine but seeing you absolutely slay in this made me feel so much better in my own skin ❤ Thank you so much for making such positive content, you just gained a new sub!!
You are a beautiful person inside and out. Love your positivity. I suffer from the same acne on my cheeks that you do. Listening to you normalize it is so refreshing. Thank you. ❤
You have no idea how much i appreciate this video. Finally i found someone who looks like me and is showing how to help with the redness. All these other “acne cover up” videos are bullshit They barely have anything I dont feel shamed or like an outcast anymore.. thank you… you made me feel normal
Your so very beautiful. My skin looks exactly like your skin and I find it very hard to find real acne routine videos because usually they don’t have acne like I do. But your video was very informative and I know it’s good. because the end results look exactly like my face when I have makeup. So I’m very appreciative of your video. Keep up the good work ❤
you're a life saver, I have homecoming in two days and just got a huge foleculitis rash on my neck, chest, and face, and was worried bc my concealer and foundation alone wasn't helping that much. thank you!!
@@white_tulip2189 it went great! you couldn't see any redness at all! it took an hour just to get the base done because of how flared it was but I was really happy with how it turned out, and my partner and I had a blast at hoco
I have been struggling with my skin and my acne has been making me feel bad about myself. This video helped me so much because not only did it show me that you CAN cover your acne, but it showed me that acne does not change the beauty you have inside and out! You are so gorgeous and I’m definitely subscribing! Please know you are so beautiful just the way you are!
Thank you so much for this! Seeing other girls with skin like me feels great and it helps seeing things from a different perspective. I often feel ugly bc of my skin but when I see you and other girls with the same skin condition I think you’re beautiful! The acne doesn’t take away your beauty at all, so maybe that’s how other people see me too 🥲❤️❤️
Thank you so much for making this video - my acne is almost EXACTLY like yours in terms of severity and distribution on the face, so this really helps. I've been struggling for years, but it's gotten SO much worse lately, and I'm getting married soon, so this video will be really helpful for my wedding
Thankyou so much for this video, really gave me so much confidence about my own skin and is comforting to see that acne skin is normal and you look gorgeous regardless!! More power to you IT’LL get better with time❤❤❤❤
I also have an acne.. but mine is a little bit bigger and it hurts every time and it makes me feel insecure all the time...😔and that's why i am looking to some make up tutorials that will somehow cover my acne.. and thank you for making this video.🥺❤
I was really looking for make up tutorial to cover my blemishes. This is the most helpful vid tutorial I've watched so far. I have very noticeable acne marks which makes me insecure. Thank you for this vid❤❤❤ Glad I discovered ur channel. I'm your 901st subscriber🎉❤ U r so pretty and innocent looking fr!!!
thank you!! and yess leaving it on longer helps it kind of stick(?) better but since I only really blend out the edges I find that I don't really have to do that for this technique c:
I love this make up look! It looks sooo sooo good and pretty❤❤ i have a question! I have acne prone, rosacea and recently diagnosed with perioral dermatitis. Will the Nars matte concealer be a good match? Have you experienced any break outs or reactions while using it?❤❤ i couldn't find anything on internet about this 😢
Your concealer should be a much warmer tone, I used to make this mistake as well and it made my skin look ashy. I'm neutral but use warm shades on top of the green concealer to get rid of the greyish undertone
hi (: thank you for the suggestion,, nars macadamia is actually a warm tone concealer! but i'm also more cool toned than neutral so i usually avoid things that are too warm
i struggled with acne for over a decade. this is what finally healed me. i did a long juice fast. it cleaned out my digestive tract which cleared my skin. a clean gut = clean skin. you can chose to do a juice fast and then eat cleaner afterwards or simply replace meals with bananas. like for breakfast have five bananas or a few pieces of fruit. freelee the banana girl has some good advice
Have you tried taking Vitamin D3 and Vitamin A in large doses? This is the only thing that worked for me after 2 rounds of accutane failed me. I started by taking 30,000 IU of Vitamin D3, 25,000 IU of Vitamin A and You need to take Vitamin K2 if your taking vitamin D3. I also take zinc as well. This is a longer process but it worked so well for me. It’s the only thing that has worked. Do your research first
