Is this the max amount itll pop at one go? How many popcorn buckets would you say you get from one max load pop? Theatre bucket styles and size? I ask because im looking at this exact same popper.
I haven't used any lube. As I recall, they are sealed with no way to access or add oil. We've popped a few hundred batches, over 100 pounds, since we got it. Will see what happens.

It holds 2 cups of kernels
Do you have to wait till the oil is hot? What’s the result if you just empty drop everything in at once?
I wait till it just starts to smoke a little. If you put everything in at the same time you get the first kernels really soaked with oil.
What type of lubrication do you use in your popcorn machine motor? That spinning motor needs lubrication when it dries up! It will make noise.
