You must live where it doesn't snow much. That's just a dusting. Why would they plow a mere dusting of snow? You can even see the concrete where people have left footprints.

If it snows here, people must shovel their sidewalks and driveways (everyone for himself only, because there is no public service for sidewalks) and huge trucks plow the snow from the driving roads.

как раз Григорианский календарь и не большевистский. До революции 1917 года вся Российская Империя жила по Григорианскому календарю, это было крайне неудобно. Большевики придя к власти перевели страну на Юлианский календарь, а Церковь осталась верна своей традиции. Ну и Путин, конечно, не может вмешиваться в дела РПЦ, он тут вообще нипричем.
