Scientists are slowly leaning toward the idea of the universe being like a brain and/or being conscious. There’s actual dynamics to this. My mind feels like it goes on different journeys at different times and the actual mix and tonal quality of this all is beautiful

Nice. Nice. Nice. I set an intent as advised. I wanted to take a brief ~20 min nap and to reinforce my silent meditation with focus. So I laid in my bed, focusing on keeping my consciousness launched behind my eyes while I relaxed into the sounds to sleep just a little. I fell asleep and woke up before I woke up. I have listened to hundreds of this type of music and videos trying to sleep this one is by far the absolute best I actually tried to stay awake because I was enjoying how good it made me feel and actually felt drawn closer to God, love how I can feel the beat through my body like my heart beat slowed to sync with that calm! I’ve been crying to the most of these music. And in the way it feels like I have to accept my loneliness and my weakness. My inner voice says that I have to give up and accept the reality as it is.
