I'm at my happiest when I'm out in the garden and I loved making this video for you. Tell me what you enjoyed or what you got bored with, so I can make my next video even better!
They look more similar to chives yeah, especially how it grows and multiplies together like that. Interesting flowers though, they don’t look like the obvious onion or chive, and also not like the garlic flowers either. I had a bumblebee walk into our kitchen a few days ago, it couldn’t fly for some reason, gave it thyme flowers (I have a honeybee coming in multiple times daily for those so thought a bumble bee would also like it) and some chive flowers which it loved. I tried to shower it with flowers but it died of starvation after about an hour and never flew away =( I knew they needed a lot of flowers but I didn’t realise they are always this close to starving if they can’t find their own food quickly. So now I’ve designated one of my chive bunches to just let it flower like crazy, for other bumblebees in the future. At least I have a honeybee but it can’t pollinate tomatoes sadly. It was also huge, very fluffy gal, but sadly my garden didn’t provide enough flowers to keep it alive if it couldn’t fly anymore. Nature can be brutal but at least I tried my best to help it along 🙂 I might have to look into this society garlic too
I have no idea. They certainly grow easy as a plant, in most conditions, and are tough. So hopefully that's an indication that they grow easy from seed. Good luck with it!

Maybe it was just the bees time.
If you can grow it there, definitely do it! I can't grow regular here, it's too hot. The southern states can.
Think I’m going to have to get myself one of these. Thanks Karen
They're a great investment for the garden! 👍
I am going to be growing from seed in April. Are they easy to grow from seed? Thanks for your video.

Do you cut them down in the wintertime? If so what month and how far down? Thank you.
I cut the old flower stem off as low as possible after the flower dies, but I don't do anything else. They just keep growing and spreading.
