I THINK PEOPLE WITH PETS BOTH CATS AND DOGS SHOULD KEEP THEIR PETS IN THEIR YARD AND THIS IS WHY I FILL MY YARD FULL OF IT. I WOULD RATHER SMELL THE PLANT THAN DOG DOO OR CAT SPAY.
I don't understand why ornamental garlic became so popular. It smells horrible and it's making people sick. There is a direct correlation between this plant and the spike in people getting allergies that never had them before and people getting fibromyalgia. A friend of mine that dose park maintenance said three of his coworkers all threw up when they had to trim this plant back. I'm not allergic to anything but when I get near this plant I feel like I'm being poisoned. Please! Can everyone stop planting ornamental garlic! There are so many other great plants to choose from. The dear don't eat this plant for a reason.
Cari G I’m a Landspaces management company and trust me it’s not allergies when your friend threw up, it’s just the nature of the smell of garlic it’s so strong that it’s nasty and plus your equipment stay with the smell for months lol, once you plant them you can’t pull them out or kill them but they will come back. I don’t know why people use it... freaking designers don’t even know how to Maintain the plans the use and we have to deal with all their crap lol, not mad I just charge more
I am severely allergic to this plant. My mom gave me a couple I was using in my cooking I would get sick everytime I use it in my cooking. I stopped using it for cooking for a year. Now everytime my arm touch them my arm would itch like crazy I have to wash and scrub it off my skin and I get hives. Stay away if you have allergies.

How would you clean this up
You can eat this and use it as a garlic substitute. Never seen it used in landscaping where is this located?
