    Hi .. if we are using third party logistics, then how can we do the second automation? The courier is being done by other party, how to integrate their info in our WhatsApp marketing tool ?

      The logistic company should share the tracking URL, using the API it can be sent to Shopify and stored against the customer's order data. Then the link can be fetched from Shopify and sent via WhatsApp.
