I really love this message, Saudi is terrible with it's plastic use so it's a good message for how visitors can help change this and put pressure on Saudi to change it!

The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was asked about fasting on the day of ‘Arafah and he said: “It expiates for the past and coming years.” Narrated by Muslim (1162)

﴿أَلَم نَشرَح لَكَ صَدرَكَ﴾ [الشرح: ١]
Did We not expand for you, [O Muḥammad], your breast?
- Saheeh International
﴿وَوَضَعنا عَنكَ وِزرَكَ﴾ [الشرح: ٢]
And We removed from you your burden
- Saheeh International
﴿الَّذي أَنقَضَ ظَهرَكَ﴾ [الشرح: ٣]
Which had weighed upon your back
- Saheeh International
﴿وَرَفَعنا لَكَ ذِكرَكَ﴾ [الشرح: ٤]
And raised high for you your repute.
- Saheeh International
﴿فَإِنَّ مَعَ العُسرِ يُسرًا﴾ [الشرح: ٥]
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease [i.e., relief].
- Saheeh International
﴿إِنَّ مَعَ العُسرِ يُسرًا﴾ [الشرح: ٦]
Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
- Saheeh International
﴿فَإِذا فَرَغتَ فَانصَب﴾ [الشرح: ٧]
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
- Saheeh International
﴿وَإِلى رَبِّكَ فَارغَب﴾ [الشرح: ٨]
And to your Lord direct [your] longing.
- Saheeh International
I agree with you, I USA, almost every Masjid do some Kind of lecture about Hajj, can this include to the Lecture also. As Muslims we can do better than.

It's so sad that even at the most sacred place on the best day people would be littering all over the place.
The plastic is unnecessary.
They should get people to use recyclable water bottles and return them for reuse for the next Umrah&/Hajj.
Similarly people are also guilty of littering the masajid and that too should be an area of concern.
Masajid should also go green with solar panels etc.
