And so on and so forth. Why engage such a moderator whose pronunciation is so poor?
Surely ABP could have found a better person than Ambarish . We don’t expect the Queen’s English but his accent was jarring!

Despicable diction of Ambarish Dasgupta (Alliteration incidental). Quite unworthy of moderating a programme.
Affected style of speaking by the lady who introduced the cricket stars. Bad pronunciation.
So true. Firstly, the way she welcomed Gavaskar with glory and then later Gundappa Viswanath was so distinctly distasteful and she says she thanks God daily and talks about having gratitude!!! Qualities that surely are not her's. Her English is also flawed. "In the meanwhile" is wrong English. She said that more than once. It should either be "In the mean time" or just begin the sentence "Meanwhile........". Gavaskar is the best Test opener the world has seen. But I am yet to see anyone play the square and late cuts the way Viswanath played. I will pay to see Vishy play those shots anyday.
She should learn manners and language.
Ambarish Dasgupta has been a huge disaster . Not surprisingly his English is horrible , but the worst thing he did is he did not show enough respect to Vishwanath
