    Another great video. I modified some of the excersices so I could remain laying down for everything as my back and neck are really hurting today (disability from the military). I like that I never feel bad when I have to change things up due to my issues because of your encouragement. That's what really sets hasfit apart from most other workout channels in my mind.❤
