Recipe
Filling:
2 x 250 g Philadelphia cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 lemon juice
1 can or fresh passion fruit pulp
1.5 teaspoon gelatine powder
Biscuit base:
200 g sweet biscuits
1/2 cup molten butter
