I used to listen to Tammy Faye when I myself was going through the hardest time of my life. When everyone in my life walked away Tammy was always there singing the precious hymns She brought me back to Jesus. I will always be thankful to her for that. Tammy showed me the true definition of what it means to be a Christian. Tammy has always been my role model because after everything she went through with her family, losing PTL, and all of the horrific things everyone said about her and her family she never lost her faith and her love for Jesus She was such a woman that loved everyone....God Bless Her Soul! She always lifted my spirit higher than anyone could ever imagine, just like it did now. She was one of the few Christians to truly not JUDGE people especially since she herself was judged harshly - her message was always a positive one, till the day she died - and she died a long and miserable death from cancer plus endured her share of trials and tribulations while on this earth - she wasn't perfect, no one is-- but I admire the tenacity and endurance she demonstrated while she was here.

Would YOU toss YOUR child into flames of fire to torture them if THEY misbehaved?!!? Yeah, I didn't think so!!! And, neither would God!!! The whole hell fire and damnation thing got started a while back by the Roman Catholic Church and it was designed to stoke unbelievable fear into the hearts and minds of their people so that they would STAY in submission to the so-called Church. It worked!!! And, still works even today (with a LOT of people). Fear is a very strong motivator!!! But, MY bible says over and over again, "Fear NOT!!!" Either you should fear or you shouldn't fear. Which one is it?!!? Well, the bible says, "Fear NOT!!!" 365 times throughout the whole bible. One for each and every day of the year. So, I guess I'll go with that (even though I no longer believe in the bible - at least, not literally - word for word). A lot of GOOD stuff in there. But, a LOT of evil stuff in there, too (like where it tells you to KILL your children if they misbehave and, ya know, things like that). And, there's NO way to justify what was said in those verses. It's NEVER Okay to KILL your children!!! Under NO circumstances!!! And, the True and Living God of this Universe would NEVER ask or command you to DO such a thing. Just saying!!!

But, wow, they TOTALLY took their audience for a ride when it came to finances. They raked millions and millions of dollars out of their audiences!!!
