Tammy Faye was the best part of this ministry. Especially in her latter years her love of the Lord was so apparent. I miss her greatly. I don’t know what this is nor are to know. R.I.P. Tammy Faye.

She has her talking points down and coordinated with her father. “I think it was a million six,” she reflexively recites as the amount she’s missed out on. Jim is doing the same thing today that he did decades ago. His main goal is still to solicit money. The Spirit of the Lord doesnt seem to be on his show. I can't feel the Spirit of the Lord when watching it. Jim is still consumed with himself. He doesn't allow Lori to talk in the same way he didn't allow Tammy to talk. $500 for a tapestry? "If someone could just write me a check for a van?" How many people come to his show! Did I hear it's in a casino? If so, that is not of God. That's a lie about Russia soldiers raping and killing women. Prove it. You can't. If the Lord was here, these people would know the truth. They're using Ukraine to bring in money. Not for anything else.

The lose of a life stolen, losing your beautiful mother who loved you so. Going from one family unit to a totally new family unit. So back to the condo, when PTL went bankrupt, then Jerry Falwell stepped in, all of their books and finances were supposed to be turned over to the government. He just admitted that he stashed away money for his daughter in a private account, daddy ended up stealing. This wasn't the daughter's money. The court decided all PTL profits and remaining monies were to go to all the creditors who petitioned their chapter bankruptcy. So he just bought his daughter a condo with money stolen from his people, and not turned over to the government.
Speaking of the "food" in those buckets, I'd think you'd die of fecal impact from the constipation it must cause. No need to turn it into a toilet!

I’ve never had much of an opinion of Jim and his brood. I worked nights in the mid 80’s and would watch PTL for a lark while getting dressed. Tammy Sue amused me. Her hair, the Depends she used for shoulder pads and tarantula legs that served as her eyelashes. Runny mascara was her call to arms. Not to mention her vibrato when she sang. Tough, but amusing. Jim looked cheesy and his money mongering was obvious. I guess in a weird way I understood. It was the same weird way why I wasn’t surprised when he was arrested for all those many many charges. And Jessica Hahn.
I don’t care for the very narrow and rigid philosophy ascribed by the Assemblies of God church. My father is “born again” and found his rebirth in this church. His unyielding belief system is intolerant and that’s the principal reason I take issue with this church.
As a lapsed Catholic, I’m not exactly sure what I believe in now. But I do find it odd, that my father....who at one time was very gifted at sinning and eventually, ardently embraced his faith’s belief in Forgiveness , can’t stand Jim Bakker, who after jail time might not be a member of the church, but still preaches something very similar its narrow cast dogma. Benny Hinn and whatever magic he pretends lives in his hands remains far more repugnant than Jim could ever be.

I don't care nor do I want to know what Jim did; at the end we will ALL stand before GOD to be judged by HIM. I'm going to continue living my life as best as God tells me, and do what I need to do to forgive those who offend me. Yesterday it was Jim who did wrong, tomorrow it can be our spouse, a friend or a relative who can do us wrong, or even me. Are we going to carry the hurt all our lifetime? For our own good, we need to find forgiveness in our hearts as soon as possible. Let GOD be the judge! Pray for Jim, and pray that this doesn't happen to us. No one is immune to mistakes, NO ONE!! Small or little, SIN is SIN!
