    Until you experience the industry or truly understand how and what cooks go through most people who go to restaurants including critics should keep their opinions and comments to themselves. Unfortunately the industry is a toxic environment with the big companies and brands who have the upper management to blame in bringing cooks go to breaking point in order to make more money and profit , while they sit on their ass.

    Id love to open a restaurant,i love Italian but fear scrutiny for being a British immigrant.im sure il find a niche just waiting for thst elusive knock at the door.
