With no hard copy manual, you would think that one thing they would have showed me at the store was how to "answer" a call! Many videos did not start with this. Thank you for how you did progress through what you did.
Best "How to us" video I have ever watched for ANYTHING. Learnt more in 30 odd minutes about smart phones in general, Samsung phones in particular and the A53G especially than I would ever have pouring over guide books. Brilliant.
I thought that this was a fantastic beginner video for how to use the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. You did a great job of both showing us and telling us how to perform basic functions with the phone. I will check out your additional A53 5G videos. Thank you so much for a great beginner how to video!
I was somewhat hesitant about getting a new phone. Could not find the button at the bottom to turn it on like my other phone had. At the store they did tell me about the side button so I had a start. Glad I found this video. Clearly explained even for an 82 year old. Now I can happily use my new phone without asking my kids or grandkids.
me too mate I am 71 years young got a Samsung Galaxy 2 years ago no idea how to start now had some knowledge a Lousy Baby Boomer like me; but I knew some other things that print money like heaps now I have both world hahahhh readily to share:) BJ AUSTRALIA

The image on my phone is coming in black (the paper) and white the Text. Do you know how to solve this problem? Please continue doing these videos.

Right now we live in area where we do not have any cable and just have antenna's on our tv. We have a landline phone and a jet pack both thru different carriers. The jet pack we use to get on our computer only and the price has gone up greatly, we are now deciding to get either one cell phone or two cell phones and change our landline phone over to one of the cell phones and discontinue the landline phone. We would also like to discontinue the jet pack since our computer is outdated and the jetpack price keeps going up. If we have just one or two cellphones with 5G and unlimited data, would we be able to use our computer or ipad with just the cellphone and no jetpack or do we need to keep the jetpack and just get one smart phone so we have two internets that my husband and i can both use.
Does this phone have a feature where if you are in the contacts information or the text app, you can just simply put your phone on your ear and it will automatically make the phone call without having to tap the call button? My Samsung galaxy s9 plus have that feature. I wonder if a53 has that feature .
Hi Lois 1 . Try the usual "press and uninstall". And/or 2 . Type in the search bar of RUclips: "How to Debloat a Samsung Galaxy a53 phone. 3 . However, you need to watch quite a few videos, because warnings comes with the tutorials!!! 4 . You need to be very very careful or you could ruin your phones ability to function correctly.
Also volume bad. Phone not even a yr old. Very disappointed. Even when I put in sounds from app in play store. Also the phone has 2 message apps. One red the other blue. Why? Biggest mistake ever. I couldn’t get to store. Ordered on line. Never Again ! just doesn’t work right. It’s not my first phone where I don’t know how to get around. Also, have to dial *86 because voicemail does not work. help please!

HELP! for some reason when I place a call it says TEXT Calling and service is terrible! how do I remove that?
Power button very hard to turn phone on / off . You have to close with 2 fingers still difficult, same with turning on. Don’t know why

You forgot to mention the speaker at the bottom of the phone
