In November I have another train trip from Bratislava to Prague. This time I think I'll go wih CD, but maybe again with Regiojet... I'm not sure...
I could also check the RailJet from Vienna... =/
In December I'll be recording train trip from Budapest to Bratislava and probably a Bratislava-Poprad! :D

For now, I don0thave any planned trip on the RailJet, but for sure I'll do it as soon as I can.
The thing is that I'm from Spain. I'm at Bratislava around 10-12 times per year, so I don't have too much opportunities to take those trains!! hehe

The service in this train was really good. Especially the restaurant. All fresh food! They have their own kitchen in the train 😊

Well, in my opinion, the best would be Regiojet with the restaurant car that they had. Now, a mix of both would be for me the best one.
Anyway, CD is a great company. No doubt on that! :)

Yes, after some more trips... I have to agree with you. Maybe I still have the great impression I got on my first trip from Bratislava to Kosice, around 2-3 years ago... They had restaurant car and the trains looked (maybe) better.
Thanks for your comment. I'm really glad that you've enjoyed the train videos that I've made. I love airplanes (I'm currently studying for being a pilot) but I like trains also. Definitely, I prefer the Slovak and Czech trains before that the high-speed trains (Renfe AVE and Renfe ALVIA) that we have in Spain...

Hola por fin he regresado de la montaña y he visto tu vídeo el cual en si está bien , pero me gusta más el tren de regiojet por lo demas te animo a seguir con los vídeos de trenes cuando tengas ocasión y por supuesto los de aviación. Un abrazo majete

Menuda diferencia con los trenes que tenemos en España... mucha alta velocidad pero se olvidan de lo fundamental: la cercanía y el confort...

El tren perfecto sería, sin duda, el Regiojet con el coche restaurante del Ceske Drahy. Es que es increíble el menú de este último!! Y además todo cocinado al momento, no es recalentado! Yo he visto los hornillos donde cocinan!!!

Te estoy hablando de una vitroceramica, sarten... no de hornillo de horno pequeño jajajaj
Estos te hacen desde lo más básico como una milanesa de pollo con patatas o arroz hasta autenticas delicatesen que pueden ir desde un buen zanco al horno, lo que comí yo en el vídeo...
En serio, no hay color. Lo que podía ser Renfe y el de servicio que da...
muy bueno como siempre. aunque me gustan mas los amarillos de rejio jet que estos.

Is it required to make a seat reservation or can I seat anywhere in the train?
Its not necessary. You can pick your seat if its not reserved 👍
I think in international trains it's required, but I am not sure if everywhere. I was by train only in Poland and if you are buying it online you will have seat reservation automaticaly. But you can probably buy it even without reservation because there are always people who just sit somewhere and someone else will kick them out. But I saw this even in Poland or in Portugal where long route trains are seat reservation only so people are probably only stupid and can't find their seats. In Portugal it was funny because there was number of wagon like CARR: 3 so I ofcourse find out carr means wagon, I am not idiot, but it looked like many people didn't find that. :-D There was one black fat woman and she always changed seat and someone kicked her in next station and she was doing this whole ride, it looked like she even can't read. :-D But we Czechs are used to using trains so for someone from USA or something like that it must be black magic. :-D
9:38 - There should be WELCOME TO 90s instead of Welcome to Slovakia. :-D
I've read that there are plans to build or completely update the train station. So that's good :)

Outside of germany and austria
Only while the train is in the Czech Republic or in Slovakia. After the last stop in both countries, you have to pay the full price. But decisive is the time of the order, not the time you pay.

Co tim chceš říct? Že mačkat se na 50 centimetrech čtverečních v autě je lepší než jet první třídou a cestou se najíst v restauraci ve vlaku? Já jel do Španělska autem, vim jaký to je, vlak je vždycky lepší. Když je narváno tak to je sice blbý, ale vždycky je možný se jít aspoň projít po vlaku a máš tam hlavně záchod. Cestování vlakem je civilizovaný cestování. Jestli se někdy dočkáme těch rychlovlaků tak snad pak i militantní autaři pochopěj že je lepší sedět cestou v restauraci a jet 230 než stát někde v koloně.
@@Pidalin To právě možný není, když je narvanej. To nechodí ani průvodčí.
@@Ondrus21 Tak narvanej vlak že neprojde ani průvodčí je maximálně tak když někde končí festival a lidi chtěj jet domů jednim vlakem, jinak se to nestává tak často, minimálně v 1. třídě je místo vždycky. Jeli jsme jedničkou třeba do Varšavy a měli jsem tam uplnou pohodu, přitom to nestojí o tolik víc než dvojka.
