CONGRATULATIONS!! This is exciting news for all modelers and great to have someone as creative and enthusiastic as Jason contributing to this awesome hobby of ours. Can't wait to see what's next!
Welcome to the world of being a private business owner. I hope and pray that it all works out well for you. I have no current need for these two buildings but ordered them anyways. It is the least that I can do to pay back in some small measure all of the blessings that I have received from your excellent instructional videos.
Congratulations Jason on the new kits, a real family venture, very pleasing. 👍❤️ When I've made signs I usually cut away all the excess paper with scissors and then trim it down to the edges with a finer blade. Fantastic.
I apologize for the inconvenience. I had some problems with the website however, I think I have everything fixed now. If you are having problems with shipping, you may need to empty your cart and then re-add the item to your cart before going to checkout. If you are still experiencing problems please email me at jasonjensentrains.com, I will work on fixing any problems. I appreciate your support! Thank you and happy modeling!
Small but beautifull! The little structures make a layout look lived and worked in. Keep up te work and those kits an video's coming. Good luck with the new venture.
These are really fantastic, and producing your own kits like this seems to be the logical next step for you. I don't need a crossing shanty on my layout, but I will have other uses for these. So I just ordered a kit. So excited for you and your new business adventure! Thanks! - Paul
@@JasonJensenTrains I’ve watched enough of your other videos to know that a good building can be reused as part of another building or as part of a complex of buildings. So these little sheds with a change of sign and maybe some more outside details will make a good little office for a larger building or part of my co-op complex.
I love this kit and it is great you are making kits and looking to see what you have in plans in the future kits. I scratch build small buildings just like this kit you did. This is just a beautiful kit and will be a huge hit for you and the model railroading community. Looking forward to seeing new kits and wishing you all the best and Doug is a great friend to have with some incredible gorgeous kits. Thank you Jason and be safe.
Hello Jason, I have been watching your videos for a long time. You are truly an artist. I have learned so much about weathering from you. I am retired on a fixed income and really can't afford to purchase kits so I make all my structures from cardboard, mainly cereal boxes. Every one I show them to say they can't believe I made them out of cardboard. I make them highly detailed and learning your weathering techniques brought them to a higher level. So thank you for all of your videos and inspiration. If I ever can I will buy one of your kits. Take care and keep building those incredible structures.
Congratulations on your own first model, or first two I suppose! You could hear the excitement in your voice even though you've put together many similar buildings. Cheers
Congratulations Jason, as a business owner I know your joy and yes it takes a loving family to make it work. Wishing you and the family a very successful future.
My first Jason Jensen kit is on it's way!! These little buildings are perfect for a scene I'm developing right now! Inspirational as always, thank you for all you have done for the hobby!
Wow amazing how great those kits look when you're finished. It might be good to see all the parts that come in the box when you start out. Keep up the great work Jason 👍
Dear Jason, some very interesting and intricate kits you’ve introduced. Definitely will check out your website. Additionally, love the way you started the vid by thanking your wife Maitre (excuse my spelling if I’m off), your son Will and Doug from FOS-scale. Definitely a collaborative project!! Cool build vid as always. Nice results! Awesome shacks!!
That was a great video on your first kit .thanks for fixing the ordering problem to Canada can't wait till I get mine in the mail to watch the video again .All the best in your next steps of modeling jason.
I have seen that set of pounce wheels for sale on Amazon as well. the stringer on the right side of the first one to get the stairs needed moved a hair further to the right because I could see that it was not below the trim on the right like it was on the left.
Hahaha, I could tell by your video you are super excited. Congrats on your new venture. No doubt you will be successful. Great little starter project. I enjoy watching you so much even though I’m an n-scaler and now in the Philippines. Good luck Jason.
🍾Congratulations 🎉 wishing you much success 🙌🏽 can’t wait to see these incredible works of art come to life throughout your videos, I’m sure your kits will be great!! 💕
Jason, the kit(s) look awesome. Great job on getting going in producing kits. Are you going to consider shipping to Australia, looks like it is currently not an option. Cheers, and keep safe, and (to quote you) Happy Modelling. Michael
Very well done Jason. Congratulations on the release of your first kit. The results are terrific. I know you model in HO, but I was wondering if you are planning to release these models in N-Scale?
Thank you so much John!!! Right now I’m just trying to figure out HO scale and how to run a business, lol! I it’s a possibility. Thanks for watching!!!

Jason, beautiful work. I have followed your work now for a couple of years. I have one question. Do you apply any kind of primer on the plastic windows which I assume are from Itchy.....
Thank you so much for the continued support! I truly appreciate it. Yes I spray a grey primer on them first. Makes it easier to paint. Thanks for watching!!! 👍
Awesome. I’m working on building a space for my layout and when I get it all figured out I will definitely buy your kit. Maybe by then you’ll have others too. 👍
Tried to buy your kit. I live in Mississippi. Does your website discriminate . It won't ship to my perfectly legitimate address...Hmmmmmm. I still want one...Help
I found out that my autofill entered a zip code that didn't exist can' t wait to get your kit have been a longterm subscriber and really enjoy your attitude and demeanor keep it up.
Congrats.... but some folks are not going to like this part..... $40 for 2 tiny shacks seems awfully rich... can I ask what sets these apart from other products relatively similar but $10 or more cheaper? Sell me on your kits. with shipping your at $50
John... Equally small, but similar kits with less detail are going for anywhere from $20-$30 each (that's one building) from other HO scale kit manufacturers. So $40 for two structures is right in line with those. When you factor in all the time and work that goes into making even a small structure, then the cost of materials and buying/using the machine, you see that a $10 kit is not going to happen. If you're looking for something that costs you $10 for two structures, I'd suggest scratchbuilding...
@@WHJeffB you have a point, but if you look at FOS kits catalog...it doesnt hold water....i do agree that a small shed should be scratchbuilt. I do get that Jason is just starting and does not have the ability to produce in volume. But that is capitalism. Mine mount models is an excellent example of how to start a model structure business.
How old is your son, that he’s doing laser cutting for you? You don’t look old enough. Kits look great: pity I’m in N scale. Ditto on the question about Vetero stains.
