This event name made me laugh when I played it in Wuwa b/c years ago there was a festival in Genshin called Moonchase (which had some great lore I think you'd enjoy, if it's not already on your events list) but this event was closer to Lantern Rite in terms of flavor tbh. This has been my favorite event in Wuwa so far, I really liked Xiangli Yao and Zhezhi and the atmosphere was gorgeous. The management minigame was a bit grindy, but fun!

Your Jinhsi wasn't doing enough damage against Scar because Scar's monster form is highly resistant to Spectro and Havoc elements 😂
Yuanwu is better for Jinhsi than Mortefi btw
So you should build him.
Yuanwu indeed scales with defence.
The current weapon banner has his best 4 star weapon. "Amity accord"
So you should try ro get it.
His damage isn't that good, so focus on FULL DEFENCE build.
Moonlit clouds or Rejuvenating glow are best echo sets for him to support jinhsi.
