I loved both sets of my grandparents. One set was poor, didn't speak much English, and were immigrants; however, even though they had 24 grandchildren, they loved us all---showering us with hugs and kisses when we visited. My other grandparents had just 5 grandchildren, and each one of us was the apple of their eye. Their love was unconditional;
they took us to fairs, carnivals, the beach, and picnic outings. They spoiled us with love and affection. I miss all four of them today. That's why it breaks my heart to see what Harry and MM did to the queen and PP. They drove not one knife but many knives into their hearts in attack after attack. Even your worst enemy doesn't deserve that kind of treatment when you know they are dying. That's elder abuse and mental cruelty beyond the pale. What I don't understand is why Charles and the other royals did not immediately come to the queen and PP's defense? Why? My husband and I believe in the power of prayer. When my mom (passed away in 2018) dealt with a brain cancer, there were some relatives I disagreed with, but I would not say thing to make my mom's life hell or feel worse while dealt with brain cancer.
