Great drills Iona, in a lesson I had earlier in the year, my coach did the stick on the left side of my head to give a sense of keeping my head still and not moving forwards to early, I developed a little station so that I could do the drill on my own, I put an alignment cane through a basket, so that the cane is over the ball, as you look down you keep the cane over the ball, if your head moves forwards the cane will look like it goes behind, so you stop and realign yourself, you soon have your shoulders rotating around instead of swaying off of the ball.
I hope this enables you to do this drill when your practicing solo. 😊

Great drills and I can see me trying all of them, especially the first 2 as I can shove my hips forward and end up with the dreaded Tom Hanks at times! Also the stick on the head will help me moving back and getting through the ball better. I guess you can use any alignment sticks, they don't have to be hickory!!
Love the gate idea- especially as its all too easy to align to the mats and then feel lost when they aren't there to help or you need to align across the line of the tee box on the course and get all discombobulated

Its one thing thinking keep your bum back its another whole other thing with a stick in your crack reminding 😂(im sure its a great drill ,but its first thing that came to mind …trying to not focus on a stick up my butte lol)
The link for the sticks says “sticks “but doesnt actually say if you get 2, or 1 ,or 6 for $100…im assuming its a pair but ive been fooled before
