I disagree with the speaker. he seems to promote Pvt Limited only and discouraging sole proprietorship and partnership.selection of structure should be based on the nature of business and internal capital structure required for the business.
Would you recommend somebody to open a pvt limited company for operating in grocery business through a shop ?
