    1. Push Up Curls 3 sets 10 reps
    2. Med ball slams 3 sets 10 reps (both sides)
    3. Pole squats 3 sets 12 reps
    4. Thumbs up thumbs down 3 sets 10 reps
    5. Knee crunches 3 sets 10 reps
    6. Side lunges 3 sets 10 reps
    7. Steering wheels 3 sets 10 reps
    8. Mountain climbers 1 minute
    9. Sumos (deadlift with a wide stance) 3 sets 10 reps

    nice, but I think that lifting dumbbells sideways is better for the shoulders than on the steering wheel.

      Off season you can lift heavier for less reps, for in season you typically wanna go lighter weight more reps

      @@user.6-zk4plyou wanna lift heavier off season to build a base and get stronger before the season starts. During season you lift lighter so you can maintain what you already have and reducing injury

    3:08. Instructions unclear, after the workout I tried to drive home but I broke the steering wheel off. Currently sitting in my car waiting for the tow truck.
