What size is the shed?
Many different designs for each type of project are also included. Thank you! I think it's important that the average person can see this is a really realistic and pretty simple thing to do. You really don't need to spend $80k - $100k to build a tiny house, especially people that are trying to do this and be debt-free. It's the future of homes!

We had to leave the city due to bankruptcy during covid and moved to the country and built out a shed also... we love it! 💘 storage is challenging with children but it's highly affordable 👌

That has been my dream since 2011, my dad and talked about how we'd do ours floor plans when he moved in with me and he passed last year, but he'd love to see me go through with it. Maybe someday 😌

would love a place like this for myself,wife and 33 year old disabled son. Been saving so one day when we are gone our son would have a place to live instead of a state hospital.

Yes! I think thats what was really cool about this project. Anyone can build a fully functional tiny house. You don't need much experience, you don't need to spend $100k on it, it doesn't need to be fancy and frilly if you don't want it to be, just get a shed and hook to water and electricity 😀

Learning as much as I can about copper pipes and wiring as thats what we are starting now doing our own 14x32 cabin. So far weve leveled out the ground, got the columns up, bare cabin delivered and shimmed, next couple days Ill be securing it with 8 mobile home anchors & straps. After that is water/plumbing & electric/wiring. Looking forward to every bit of it and trying to organize out the planning so we can tie up smooth and enough to move into it while finishing.
Wish we were more casual paced but, place weve rented at for 8yrs is now sold to an investor so we are doing this cabin on some land I already own that I got rid of a moldy old 70s trailer off of prior.
The most nerve wracking part is being our first time approach and feeling like we got more questions than understanding the little things. Like the amount of work I never realized goes into doing a shower.
Your guys' cabin looks amazing, and the order your father spoke of doing things makes me feel like we may be approaching it the right way. All I knew is we gotta get the RR and shower going first lol. Everything else we can deal with on the fly if need be. Thank ya's for showing your finished work, it definitely proves how worth it the work will be.

If you need or want a nice place to stay this is a beautiful well-thought-out tiny house. You can always buy furniture that can serve more than one purpose.

Housing of the future, right here. I've considered converting one of those two story pre-fabricated garages into a tiny-ish house. You can do a lot with furniture that serves more than one purpose or folds into the wall. We can get inspiration from RV's and tiny homes. I think we all need more storage, so figuring out how to have the smaller space while still having room for necessities would be good.

Thanks for the tour. It would have been nice to see a full view of where the rooms were. I was confused until the end when I saw that the kitchen was actually next to the door. But still would like to see a full view of the entire area inside. Nice bathroom.

Love it it's a perfect size for a Tiny Home. Have you thought about adding shelving on different areas of the walls for more storage. You can also downsize on the love seat to a single recliner and look into a Charity Shop/Goodwill or Walmart for a TV Cabinet or chest of drawers.
