𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 ♡
1. Spray lace with got2b freeze blast
2. Boil water
3. Place liquid dye into water
4. Stir the liquid dye into water
5. Strand test (to see if the color takes)
6. Place entire unit into water
7. Move unit around in water so that it’s fully saturated
8. Leave unit in water for 10-15 mins
9. Take unit out of water
10. Rinse unit with cool water until water is clear
11. Let dry
12. Apply & Style unit

Very beautiful 😻 and helpful thank you so much for this 😩🙌🏽 I’ve been patiently waiting now I can definitely color my synthetic wig!! 😁 also tip for anyone whose worried about lace turning blue or any color you decide to dye it, before you do the color method spray some got2BGlued spray on the lace and blow dry it til it’s dry and it will not stain your lace.
I went to store they had 2 different dyes, so be aware to only get the one that says synthetic wdye, in Australia its at spotlight for $19. A bottle.

Really awsome and I will try it, had no luck using the powder for the fabric dye, in hot boiling water, on synthetic wig, it didnt take at all. so I really hope this works. maybe its worth getting the hot colors on aliexpress and paying a little more for them , I dont know it is fun though, thank you.
You can use regular semi permanent hair dye that are sold at your local beauty supply or stores like Walmart, target, even a pharmacy and it will do the job. I use Creative Image ADORE semi permanent.
oooh I want to try this on one of my synthetic wigs! It's a greyish brown colour (described as 'mushroom brown') but i want blue from the middle down to the end, I hope it works, do you think it would be a deeper blue though? as I want a smoky dark blue silver effect 🔥🔥

Can you explain how you could dye individual strands of a wig hair with this method?
I want to make a pastel rainbow wig but I have no idea how I could do it multicolored.
If you could help me with that it would a huge life saver.
You would use this method but instead of dipping the entire unit, you would just dip the strands you want that certain color.
The easiest way I can explain it is... think of it as if you were dying Easter eggs but with hot water and hair.. you would just dip the strands of hair you want that certain color...
Kentelove you do different things, I suggest using cups with boiling water. Put your colors in and set the strands inside
Can you reuse the pot for cooking after you've used rit dye in/on it?
Yes, just wash it.

I realized that your lace was stained dark blue :/ I loved the way it turned out, but that lace oof, ouch.

I don't know if this is possible but rit makes a color remover. I wonder if that can be applied on just the lace to remove the blue dye.

Use softener fabric because the wig is synthetic so it helps soften it

I did this and my wig boiled into a mess. I wouldn't suggest boiling a curl-safe synthetic, it will take the shape of whatever its in the pot. I ruined a hundred dollar wig, your wig also looks ruined. I tired steaming mine and it still felt like straw.
