At 2:26 you say "adjust the guides so that they are against the edge of the paper". However, the guide at the end of the paper (the 8.5" long end) is clearly not against the edge of the paper in the video, nor can I see how to move it against the end of 11" long paper. I tried calling HP Support--even had them port into my cellphone so they could see what I was talking about--and they first said to press/squeeze that gray "button" on that guide; however, I showed them that the button only lets you make the tray get larger, not smaller. Then they claimed that the guide would automatically move up against 11" long paper when the tray was fully inserted into the printer. Then I showed them that this was false, no such thing happened when I inserted the tray fully into the paper - there was still a 1" or so gap between the guide and the end of the paper. Then they told me to not worry about it and closed my support ticket. Very disappointing.

@toddtamura8373 We were referring to the paper width guides.
This is terrible for an office environment as they cannot be installed onto a networks print server. MAKE DRIVERS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD.
