On today’s walk around Ubud, Bali, I take on the market vendors to try and acquire some fruit like rambutans, dragon fruit, bananas etc as well as coffee and sugar. One fruit vendor was particularly honest as I walked away with only half the amount I paid for - he called me back to ensure I received the amount I paid for.
I introduce my new RUclips channel which is a very simple, straight forward walk around-type affair with little editing and a reflection of my day-to-day events, accompanied with streams of consciousness and general rambling about everything and nothing in particular.
We see Made on the way home and he explains some natural Balinese remedies for things like dengue. I also ask about his day and what he’s up to.
At home in the Kampung I have a casual chat with Yuday and other family members and tell them that I’ll be leave ing in a few days.
