Your comment on the relationship to glucose, I was monitoring my blood sugar with a real-time monitor and starting taking Ashwagandha and noticed by Blood Sugar didn't spike as much after a particular breakfast I would eat. 🎉 wheat grass powder gives me the same IBS issues as all the other grains. I think this is so important to weigh up if you have gluten sensitivity or other gut issues like fodmap issues too. In all honesty, personally, with wheat and barley grass I’d be better off eating an onion 🧅😂 and I’m low fodmap. This stuff makes me look 2 years pregnant 🤰🏻🤣

I just wanted to tell you how disappointed I was in Thrive. After your last video, I decided to check it out. It asked what I would use for payment (?) I hadn’t even looked at the products yet. I scrolled down maybe 4 items then thought I wasn’t interested and went off the site. A couple of days later I was on my bank site and I saw a charge for $59?? I never authorized a purchase, so called and indeed, they had charged my account. They said you can’t view their site without paying. I told the representative I went on your site because of you, and she informed me you are a partner in Thrive. The whole thing left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I think one reason why companies may add some fruit powders to their "super powder" blends is to try and make them - or at least sound as if it makes them - taste a lot better/sweeter than if they didn't have them. Since fruit is much better/sweeter tasting in general than vegetables, or the other ingredients usually found in greens powders. The same way that adding fruits - banana, berries, etc make a vegetable smoothie taste a LOT BETTER, and SWEETER.

An important note about chlorella specifically, if it’s grown in the right conditions (direct sun exposure) its practically the only natural vegan source of vitamin B 12 which is a common deficiency in the vegan diet.
