Yes. The bits just have to have the hexagonal shaft that will fit into the screw gun.
Thank you.
If you're only doing a few sheets of drywall, you can always get a dimple bit for a drill, but if you're doing a lot of drywall, a screwgun will save you so much time.
could you use another drill bits on it other than 2
When loading this video I was intrigued and expected a video of a *true* screw gun that loads the screws and just lets you shoot like a nail gun or stapler...
Anyway, good video and related dideos actually show the "real thing"; an automatic screw gun. That's convenience!
Just wondering! If using a screw gun causes you to go thru more bits than normal because of the slipping of the screw bit at the end of the drive?
roy massey I've only found that to be the case IF you mismatch the bit to the screw. The other time is if the bits are cheap and made with steel that breaks easily. Buy high-quality bits and match them to the screw head.
I'd love to have a screw gun as well! Would they work just as well in wood or plywood? I hope so, because a drill can put the screws too far into wood as well. (I think.)
