Hey and sure I can x but I highly recommend you make your own flashcards the process of my making the flashcards was very very helpful. And I made them for my own personal benefit something to consider :)
Hello thank you soo much for your comment I am happy this video was helpful and the 9.99/mo one is the one that i had access to and it was absolutely fine. I think you may need those extra ones if you are REALLY REALLY struggling
I love your videos and this is literally the best alevel chemistry tips I’ve seen. Keep it up ❤️❤️. I just wanted to find out if the calculations in as and alevel book was just for AQA?
Thank you so much for making this video 💕. How did you implement all of these methods into your daily routine or weekly routine. Would you make notes, quiz let flash cards and revision tools every single day or ???
Hey and thank you. And it's all subjective to how much you understood it. You only know how much you have understood a topic by doing exam questions. But I think always doing past papers makes sure tat you are always going over content. Best way to revise is to test yourself. So make sure you're always doing test papers so even when you are not learning that topic anymore you're still reminding yourself and testing yourself x
Hi! I’m doing a level biology, chemistry and psychology in September and I found ur video soooo helpful! However I’ve got a dilemma: my sixth form gives us notes for our subjects and students there say that the notes are really good and they didn’t really have to make their own notes. I revise by making notes and then making flashcards on things I don’t understand and then I do past papers. Since my sixth form gives us notes. Do you think I should bother making them? Or should I just make flashcards from them?💗
Thank you for your comment, I am glad you found it helpful x with regards to your question I personally take information in better when I make my own notes and make my own flashcards. I have an a level biology video coming out next week where I talk about active recall. But my personal advise is to do everything yourself because your learning from it. I personally always rememberd my flashcards better when I had made notes myself . x
Phetalks OMG YAY IM SO HAPPY YOU ARE MAKING A BIOLOGY VERSION AS YOUR ADVICE IS SO GOOD !!!!! I think I will take ur advice and make notes from the free resources, then make flashcards💗💗thank u
Thank you thank you thank you!! I’m so nervous to go into yr 13 esp as I’m not v confident in chem! (Just a quick q!) when I look for flash cards to study, I feel so overwhelmed at seeing all the different decks other ppl make. And idk which one to pick and use to study? I feel like if i start making my own cards it’ll take up SO much time :(
Hey thank you for your comment and for watching my videos. I think you should 100% make your own flashcards. Because during the process of you making those flashcards you are learning. like I said I make very very detailed flashcards. I made every sentence every word definition into a question flashcard and it really really helped me. - I think you should 100% spend less time making notes - more time quizzing and questioning yourself that's the most important thing at a level Personally with me it neverrr took me more than an hour. I think that's ok in my opinion you should be revising minimum 4-6 hours a day x
Phetalks thank you for the reply! I rlly appreciate ur time and effort. Okay I will start definitely start doing this then! Also, I’m doing an EPQ so do you think this would affect my grades? Or is it more about managing my time that’ll determine the end result? Thank you! Xx
Phetalks also (sorry for all the small qs!) Does it matter what cue card app u choose to write ur qs and answers on? I have quizlet and Brainscapes. I’m guessing it doesn’t make a huge difference but I’d just like to know ur thoughts :,)
I personally never did the EPQ but my friends that did didn't seem to have much trouble with timing and their studies. Your teachers will be there to guide you so I am sure you will be fine x
+ using a cue card app that has active recall methods built into was very useful for me. Obviously I used quizlet. They have programmed it in a way so that you learn more what you're less good at if that makes sense. But you're already using quizlet so its fine x
honestly I promise you will be fine it will all be fine it not impossible be hardworking and believe in your ability to succeed. I never thought I was smart enough to do my a levels until I was getting better grades than the people who were in top set above me during GCSEs its all about how hard you work x
I have linked all the resources mentioned in the description. If you have any further questions or need any further assistance please do not hesitate to leave a comment or to DM me on my Instagram @phexdee; Im here to help x

Hey and sure I can x but I highly recommend you make your own flashcards the process of my making the flashcards was very very helpful. And I made them for my own personal benefit something to consider :)
Thanks girl!!!!
No problem I am glad you found it useful x
thank you so so much this is really helpful!! which snap revise package would you recommend? the better ones are so much more expensive🥺🥺xxx
Hello thank you soo much for your comment I am happy this video was helpful and the 9.99/mo one is the one that i had access to and it was absolutely fine. I think you may need those extra ones if you are REALLY REALLY struggling
Best study video I’ve seen so far! So helpful. What app did you use to make your notes on your iPad?
Hey hun thank you for comment and I use iPad Pro 3rd generation and I take notes notability x
I love your videos and this is literally the best alevel chemistry tips I’ve seen. Keep it up ❤️❤️. I just wanted to find out if the calculations in as and alevel book was just for AQA?
Its not exam board specific but it doe tell u which part is important for apa x
*aqa
Thank you so much for making this video 💕. How did you implement all of these methods into your daily routine or weekly routine. Would you make notes, quiz let flash cards and revision tools every single day or ???
yes i would babe x
thankyou so much !! by far the best vid. how often should you go over the stuff you have already done?
Hey and thank you. And it's all subjective to how much you understood it. You only know how much you have understood a topic by doing exam questions. But I think always doing past papers makes sure tat you are always going over content. Best way to revise is to test yourself. So make sure you're always doing test papers so even when you are not learning that topic anymore you're still reminding yourself and testing yourself x
@@phedradee thankyou so much !!! love you
- I think you should 100% spend less time making notes
- more time quizzing and questioning yourself
that's the most important thing at a level
Personally with me it neverrr took me more than an hour.
Thank you! Xx
Phetalks also (sorry for all the small qs!)
Does it matter what cue card app u choose to write ur qs and answers on? I have quizlet and Brainscapes. I’m guessing it doesn’t make a huge difference but I’d just like to know ur thoughts :,)
I personally never did the EPQ but my friends that did didn't seem to have much trouble with timing and their studies. Your teachers will be there to guide you so I am sure you will be fine x
+ using a cue card app that has active recall methods built into was very useful for me. Obviously I used quizlet. They have programmed it in a way so that you learn more what you're less good at if that makes sense. But you're already using quizlet so its fine x
Would you be able to do a biology video?
Omg we have the same A-levels ! 🥳
You chose the best a levels!
Hey new friend, just visited and enjoyed myself ❤
Thank you soo much x
tysm for this, lowkey shitting myself for a levels but we move. also im dumb as fuck like genuinely but i guess im gonna work hard, chile anyways...
honestly I promise you will be fine it will all be fine it not impossible be hardworking and believe in your ability to succeed. I never thought I was smart enough to do my a levels until I was getting better grades than the people who were in top set above me during GCSEs its all about how hard you work x
Phetalks i needed to hear this fr tysm ur an angelllllll
