I would suggest seeing alcoholic group class for counseling/therapy. If you feel more comfortable you can take a counseling/therapy one on one. Also they have alcohol rehabilitation and retreat for those who are fighting alcohol. I hope you get the best help and keeping you prayer🙏🏽🙏🏽. Don't wait until its too late.

1. Beer - slightly addictive. More of a habit. When you are actually thirsty you might want a beer.
2. Wine - too damn expensive to be addicted to.
3. Liquor - once you acquire taste, you will be able to get ultra fucked up in minutes. Quite addicting unless you FEEL your organs suffering. The strength + value + convenience is very appealing to an alcoholic. But this will quickly build up your tolerance and degrade your health.

As a ex alcoholic man this is true used to do heavy heavy binges for weeks are a time where in would drink a fifth of wild turkey a day. Now , I smoke a lot of weed. I used to drink to numb the pain, now I smoke to numb it. But when I started smoking alcohol now taste like straight up disgusting all of it does now. The thought of some of the shit I did drunk, and how I shouldn’t have woken up 3 times made me stop. Puked 3 times in my sleep while sleeping on my back. Woke up one day puke everywhere around me, all over my face my mouth everything. I realized that I should have just died. That’s how the lead singer of drowning pool died. This happened two more time then stopped for good.
