Yes, I know I did a bad job repairing the fan. Thats because, we need this fan to be fitted urgently. This is just a temporary fit. I will be getting a bearing puller and some bearings. And also, I ran out of oil, so i added Red Grease.
Don't add oil to bearings. even though during the first moments of use it wont get loud, but quickly will get louder than before....a much more worse sound (it happened with a KDK C56XK, a fake fan). If the bearing is non sealed or has a rubber seal, you can add grease (mobil blue grease recommended). But in your case, its a metal seal bearing...it needs a replacement. try to order bearings and puller tools online (choose bearings from Koyo, SKF and NTN. yes they are quite expensive but much better than generic junk bearings)...good luck on that
