- Shared All you should know why rain lily is not flowering. Rain lily is a summer flowering plant but I tried effective fertilizers, cut back the leaves and most importantly poured rain water since the starting of summer. But not a single trick worked. But through this experiment I found a logical information about why rain lily are not flowering and you should know the science behind why rain lily not flowering.

I had so many leaves and it stopped flowering. Read somewhere that cutting out the leaves will promote new growth. I have cut trimed out all leaves.. hopefully leaves will grow back. And then it will flower next year

I have many Rain Lilies and its blooming now after two years....it rained these daus in Goa so i a few White rain lilies bloomed

I have many rain.lilies .. it bloomed this time ...fully bloomed after 3 years... then I cut it completely n it bloomed again in 3 to 4 days ..it's heavy monsoon now in goa.... adapter cutting it too half ..rain likues in a my pots bloomed to the fullest..
But now it's not blooming.

Ginger lily cannot be grown from stem cuttings. You will find the rhizomes (roots) around the base and by dividing that you can multiply this plant.😊😊

Some varieties can bloom under bright light but most of the varieties require 3-4 hours of direct sunlight. ☘️☘️
