  • Hi there!
    When learning a language, writing helps you a lot because it is the only time that allows you to think. There is no time for thinking when you have an actual conversation, isn't there?
    So I teach you how to write a diary in Korean with showing a simple diary I wrote.
    Hope you enjoy my video and I look forward to comments from you with any writing issues. Thank you♥

      Hi lily! Thanks a lot for the comment. That's awesome you know how to read Hangul, I'm not sure if you heard of Naver & Daum, these are like Google for Korean people. Most of us get information from here that even Google doesn't have. Check out the websites ORRR my channel if not enough? ❤️ :)

I simply cannot understand how to define if a word is a subject, object or a verb. especially in really long sentences, it make me struggle writing full sentences so I stick with a translator. when I do so I get really angry because why use a translator when your trying to learn??

    I'm actually a very very beginner in Korean but I can read Korean....I mean I know the Korean letters, can write too my not very good handwriting so I was thinking that maybe I should start writing a diary on my daily basis to improve my handwriting as well as the grammar and vocabulary. The question is.....can I write anything like everyday notes,, I know I'll make a lot of mistakes but I want to write and see if my Korean improves or not....will it improve?

    • @Juliana12347

      Hello Rupa! You are more than welcome to be a Korean learner ♡ Above of all, you can definitely improve your Korean by writing diary entries because you should search for vocabularies and learn to write what you want to say. I started writing since I was a beginner too. Just keep doing it steadily and don't give up. You can do it if I can do it 👍🏿

    I am not fluent yet!! It's my 5th month is going on ( means it's been 5 months for me to learn Korean language 🤙) so I can't write everything properly... And ofc it will be kinda difficult for me to remember everything I will write!!
    So can you give tips?? Please
    Sorry I wrote a lottt🙏❣

      Hi there, sounds like you are doing so well so far. I'd recommend you to.pick up some words first based on what you did today like: coffee(커피), friend(친구) and things like that then try to make a simple sentence with them and next try with different words or expressions.
      Example: First step: 카페, 줄리아나, 만났다. (Cafe, Juliana, met)
      Second step: 카페에서, 줄리아나를, 만났다. ("I met" Juliana "at a" cafe)
      Next level: 카페에서 줄리아나를 만나서 이야기를 했다. (I met Juliana and talked at a cafe.)
      Advanced level: 커피숍에서 줄리아나랑 수다(를) 떨었다. + 너무 즐거운 시간이었다. (Juliana and I chatted over a coffee. + was such a great time.)
      Also, you can check out Korean grammar checker for what you wrote at speller.cs.pusan.ac.kr
      열공하세요 :)

    • @Juliana12347
      @Juliana12347  2 года назад +2

      Good start! I recommend spending at least 30 minutes to review what you studied at the end of the day. Come up with the Hangeul with examples like 가방(ga-bang, a bag) for ㄱ(gi-eok) then look up for a sentence like 어제 가방을 샀다(yesterday I bought a bag.) If you study step by step (alphabet - word - sentence) you will reach at the level you wanted to be :) 힘내세요 you can do it!

    • @Juliana12347
      @Juliana12347  2 года назад

      Hi mate, unlike other languages with English alphabet it is true you should start with hangul first to learn Korean. You need to know how to read hangul and write words then build sentences in progress. Don't worry too much, everyone starts from the very beginning. The step you are on is very normal like me having to restart Spanish from the beginning 😂😂 you can do it I promise 🤙🏿
