Hey guys great episode ! That quesadilla looks cheesy and crunchy! I like fat johnnies I want that dog right there! I love the Chicago style sesame hot dog buns . I want to try that one with the tamale!! Haven’t had fried catfish in awhile. Those ribs Maria got look crazy good! That pizza wow. I don’t think there was one item that you showed the entire vlog that I didn’t want to chow down on! Everything looks great. Some killer spots! 🌟🧡👏

That's wild that Fat Johnny's has been there for 40 years! Makes sense why there would be a long line. That chili dog looked amazing, and can't believe the second one had a tamale on the inside of it! The soul food restaurant looked really amazing too.. we love Soul Food.. one of our favorites, especially collard greens. Those ribs were fall right off the bone, the red beans and rice and the cornbread looked divine!!
I know! Our collard greens are never that good, no matter how much we try. Hahaha
Saving the best for last! We LOVED Calumet Fisheries
That place is ridiculous. We're going again this weekend. LOL

A little history... The Fish place, is next to the bridge, the Blues Brothers jumped in their Iconic movie... Calumet Fisheries is 1- of my favorites! First time I tried smoked shrimp 😋 I get both smoked & fried Everytime I go. Across the bridge, on the Lakefront is a beach area, where we go sometimes to enjoy our feast.
Lastly(on a sad note). The nicest dude-Carlis Rosa's Manager at Calumet succumbed to Covid in July

That is so sad. We didn't know. :-( We still need to watch the movie, even more so now. Good tip about the beach area. That would be so fun during summer.

Hey Maria and Nabol! That's cool that you went for 5 more spots in Chicago for food. All these places you went looked so yummy. That's crazy that the first place had such a huge line and then ran out of tacos!! LOLOL!! Thank god there was some zucchini blossom quesadillas you could try instead. We have never tried those before, but looked really good!
That zucchini blossom quesadilla was really the bomb too.

That smoked fish on the string totally looked like it could be an ornament or an air freshener for the car (for an enemy) LOLOLOL!! Wow.. that Pizza had a lot of meat on it, and so much cheesy goodness! Major cheese pull on that one. It was great that you guys went to the Calumet Fishery for some smoked fish. Nice that it's been there since the 1940s, and you got lucky they showed you the smoker outside. Never had smoked shrimp before, but it looks really good. Too funny that it smelled like bacon LOLOL!!

I like the Kimchi and Beans' mobile studio! you guys are too adorable! Those shrimps look huge, all these smoked shrimps and fish, I'm sure your car smells amazing with all the food!

Hey, I have been to MacArthur one before. Didn't realize this place was that popular. Thing crust pizza is one of my favorite (garbage stye). Especially the burnt taste at the end. Not use to seeing Nabol without his hat on. You guys don't mess around with your food because you guys hit so many places. That smoker is pretty cool. Eating that with Rice would be so good!!!!
