The first thing I notice is that they put the chicken on the top shelf of the fridge. That is a big no no. Nothing like raw chicken dripping in your veggies and cheese.

You poked chicken and left folk at side, 2nd you touched chicken then you turn tap on and off without washing your filthy hand, 3rd you poked it so water b remaining blood can drop on a tray while defrosting in the refrigerator ! Nooo. Full of balonies . I have been cooking chicken from frozen to hot water boiling pan for 15 years and never ever had stomach ache. So please tell whoever came with that infor to go back and do proper research again

I learned that a frozen chicken can be placed into a covered pot of "ALREADY" BOILING HOT WATER 💦, AND THEN COVERED AND SIMMERED, SO ONCE CHICKEN IS IN THE POT...YOU CAN KEPP THE OUTSIDE FROM GETTING TOO TUFF BY TURNED DOWN HEAT AND COOK TWICE AS LONG AS RAW CHICKEN THE SAME SIZE. BUT THATS IF YOU WANT BOILED...AND LUCKY FOR ME ..THIS TIME. I DO. BC IM GONNA MAKE SOME BONELESS CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS, INSPIRED BY MY MOTHERS...BUT SHE DIDNT ALWAYS GET THE BONES OUT.
