Why did they have to take out crash cam like in hot pursuit 2010? That was one of the coolest things about the game. It would make the takedowns look a lot better.

I loved crash cam too; however, the removal of barriers along the event routes made the game almost impossible to play with the crash cams (I'm sure this was tested) or impossible to program.
Visaural I suppose they had their reasons for taking it out. Maybe they should have the option to turn it off/on or leave it singleplayer only? The crashes in Most Wanted 2012 and Rivals just look so boring without the crash cam. Plus Rivals had awesome rolling physics (much better than HP 2010) so it was a shame that those physics went to waste when you can barely watch it in all its glory.

probably yes, but dont underestimate safety of super sports cars. i have seen some real life wrecks where you think driver got crushed, but they actually walked away from it with minor injuries
personally I think every game should have proper replay cam that has good customizable angles and doesn't spaz out. dirt series has the worst camera angles ever, you're constantly looking at a wheel or door..
companies always re-use material. They use "same old shit" developing tool, it means devs never have to work hard again, they can literally modifiy old content and re-sell it as new :)
